Our Refund Policy

Victoria Probate does not offer refunds on fees, except in cases where no work has been undertaken toward obtaining a Grant of Probate within six (6) weeks from the date of your payment.

While we strive to provide thorough and efficient probate services, we cannot guarantee that your application will be successful. The Supreme Court of Victoria has the authority to refuse a Grant of Probate or require a court appearance for legal arguments (requisition).

Due to these uncertainties, refunds are not available. However, if a requisition is issued, our team can assist you in addressing the matter for an additional fee.
